Common Ground Co-Op is now accepting applications for a 1 bedroom townhouse located in the Ocean Park Neighbourhood of South Surrey.

• The tentative occupancy date is October 1, 2026. 

• The monthly housing charge is $900.00.

• A share capital of $2,200.00 is required upon acceptance and move in.

• Washer and Dryer is available for purchase from previous member.

• Suitable for a single person or couple.

• Unit has one parking space.

• Successful applicants will be required to attend an interview at the co-op.

• Applicants may be asked to supply financial documents and references if called for an interview.
