Nestled in the seaside community of Ocean Park, Common Ground Coop is the ideal location for families.
Created 25 years ago, Common Ground was the dream of several people who wanted to have affordable housing in the luxurious South Surrey surroundings.
    Located at 17 Avenue and 130 Street, Common Ground has undergone several changes, but one thing remains the core of our strength: that is, we operate this housing complex through the hard work of our volunteer members.
   The end result is a family feel amongst the members in the 46-unit complex, which includes one, two, three and four-bedroom units.
