Nestled in the seaside community of Ocean Park, Common Ground Co-op is an ideal location for families. 

Created in 1982, Common Ground was the dream of a group of people who wanted to have affordable housing in the luxurious South Surrey surroundings.

Located at 17 Avenue and 130 Street, Common Ground has undergone several changes, but one thing remains the core of our strength: we operate this housing complex through the hard work of our volunteer members.

The end result is a family feel amongst the members in the 46-unit complex, which includes one, two, three and four-bedroom units.
